Every thing was perfect, was even surprised with a 12 layer cake, our waiter was beyond phenomenal. Prime rib was excellent. I would not recommend their premiere dishes. French onion soup, baked potato and bone-in ribeye Always a wonderful meal. Fettuccine pasta, sea bass, lobster meat, shrimp, cherry tomato, cipollini onion Vermouth saffron cream sauce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. We ate in the bar in a booth because our favorite server was there that evening. Day one was disappointing. Baby spinach, pomegranate, sweet red onion, cherry tomato, feta cheese, roasted pine nuts, dried cranberry and pomegranate vinaigrette. The atmosphere was just perfect and the service was excellent. Terry is a wonderful server with a great personality and attention to detail. Pan-seared jumbo lump crab with remoulade sauce and fresh citrus relish. I might revisit again. We dine there almost every month and it's always great friendly attentive service, steaks are delicious and atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Day 2 the meal and the waitress was much better. The accompanying baked potato was nicely presented with a flight of add-on's including that whipped stuff, sour cream and bacon. Sunday night dinner May 31st was perfect- thank you all. It was served warm rather than hot and the cheese had begun to set firm. They then made another attempt to cook a medium steak, but this time it came out rare. Keith is an outstanding server and ensures our order is done to perfection. Nervous this year but was outstanding. Thick sliced Beefsteak tomatoes with fresh mozzarella cheese, balsamic vinegar glaze. Reservation on time. Pan-seared sea bass with ravioli Florentine and corn, tomato ragout sauce. Petite filet Dianne with asparagus, beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and natural pan gravy, lamb chop with potatoes hash and rosemary-mint demi-glaze. Excellent service, food was great. Of course, it arrived medium-rare on the well done side with a warm grey center. Corn flour-breaded oysters with citrus herb Parmesan butter sauce. Garlic herb-marinated grilled chicken breast with spinach risotto and wild mushroom Rosa Regale cream. I visited two days in a row. She was brisk and attentive and our drinks and bread arrived within minutes of us being seated. Date night was fabulos. My wife and I expected more from this steakhouse. We eat here any time we are in Horseshoe Tunica. It was tender but that was expected from the cut. All in all, it's a nice place to eat, but a bit over priced for the food and service you receive. I've had better for less. Ming was a great server. Enjoyed our filets and chocolate cake for dessert. The servers practiced safety while serving. Not what you would expect for a steak house. Appearance: Deep purple color with a ruby red hue; Aroma: Ripe blackberry with hints of milk chocolate and oak barrel spice; Flavor: Juicy concentrated blackberry fruit with good texture and fleshy round tannins. Waiter was very professional and knowledgeable! Put the steak back on the grill again, with this attempt being well done again. Food was very mediocre and fish was the worst tasting fish I have ever eaten. Roasted pomegranate marinated rack of lamb with roasted potatoes hash rosemary-mint demi-glaze.

Pan-seared salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, tomato tapenade and lobster meat, leek cream sauce. Meal was outstanding.

It was the best service and food was phenomenal. Highly recommend for fine dining!! Beef medallion, wild mushroom and brandy cream sauce, asparagus. The initial steak came out very well done. Desserts are outstanding and large servings. The accompanying Bread and mini-muffin was palatable but nothing special and would have been better served with a decent grade butter than the whipped nonsense that came with it. Service was horrible. Baby greens, beets, heirloom cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, spiced pecans, warm bacon vinaigrette. I also really enjoy the shrimp and scallops and grits here. Beef medallions, wild mushroom brandy cream sauce with roasted garlic Yukon mashed potatoes. JBPR beef is our own brand, hand-cut and hand-selected. Food was excellent and our server was friendly and very accommodating. I found the lobster bisque to be just average although my husband's french onion soup was delicious! Needed a road trip and a steak dinner after being home 4 months. Pan-seared sea bass with ravioli Florentine and corn tomato ragout sauce. It was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The meal itself was mediocre and not what would be expected from a respected Steak house. The food and service were excellent, as always. Pan-seared sea scallops with corn cake and raspberry wasabi mustard, cherry pomegranate habanero sauce. We will not be dining here in the future. Our waiter Matt was friendly but not attentive to our table. By then I was done with my mediocre meal, when her well done steak came back out. The food is always great. Ordered the French Onion soup starter and found it to be extremely rich and overpowering. By far the best food ever. Food was good. Restaurant was clean and not very crowded. She ordered a filet to be cooked to a medium temperature. Totally fishy and disgusting. We come down every year and never a disappointment. This is our second time eating at Jack Binion's different locations. Fantastic service great food great night - the staff under these conditions where amazing. Service was great. Highly recommended!! Grilled pork chop with blue cheese Yukon mashed potato and roasted pineapple habanero sauce. Braised beef short rib with garlic Yukon Gold mashed potato and natural pan gravy. I am glad that I ordered this rather than their more expensive plates and I will avoid this restaurant in future visits. Fried quail with sweet potato blinis and Cajun sausage cream sauce. Love to eat in this restaurant and we plan to return next time we are in Tunica. Examples include 10 plus minutes to bring our drinks and the bread arrived literally 30 seconds prior to our meal which took about 35 minutes to arrive. Pan-seared salmon with jasmine rice pilaf, tomato tapenade, lobster meat and leek cream sauce. Appearance: Brilliant silver straw in color; Aroma: Apple blossom, ripe pear and sweet lemon drop are complemented by toasty oak, spice and cream; Flavor: Bright juicy flavors of ripe apple and pear. The food was wonderful and the service was great. Corn flour-breaded green tomatoes served with corn and cucumber relish and ravigote sauce. Very nice experience my wife and I down from Chicago to golf play and eat. The main course was their featured 6oz filet of aged beef which was ordered on the rare side of medium rare. Iceberg lettuce, crumbled bleu cheese, applewood smoked bacon, sweet red onions, tomato, house bleu cheese dressing. I tried the seafood pasta and it was better then I have had in Florida before. I was impressed by the steak. Finish with your choice of: applewood bacon, butter, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, roasted garlic, chives, candied pecans, brown sugar. Garlic herb-marinated grilled airline chicken breast with spinach risotto and wild mushroom Rosa Regale cream sauce.
